Benefits of using Sicut Sleepers include significant reductions in embedded CO2e, long-term savings resulting from a long asset life, and resistance to climate change and adverse weather.  For every kilometre of track that uses Sicut Sleepers, approximately 6,000,000 plastic bottles are repurposed; equivalent to 300,000kgs of plastic waste being recycled and not ending up in landfill.
