Ground Control provides a comprehensive suite of off track services across the UK rail network.

All rope access activities are undertaken in line with the IRATA protocols.

We also provide full range of fencing and other boundary measures including drystone walling , hedgerow establishment , and restoration.
Ground Control are proud to be the only contractor to be awarded a place on Network Rail’s most recent vegetation management framework for every route in every region across the UK.

We hold a Full Trackside Principal Contractors licence and are a primary sponsor in the Sentinel Scheme, managing the competencies of ~400 staff.

Since 2002, we have been delivering these works safely, compliantly, on time and budget and to an excellent standard.
Under the numerous, consecutive framework agreements we have delivered individual projects ranging in value from £1k to more than £7m.

With over 20 years of experience of working for Network Rail and our other infrastructure clients, we have very robust policies, systems, and operating procedures specific to delivering works safely in the rail environment.

We have also invested heavily in specialist bespoke items of plant to enable us to reduce risk to operatives by reducing exposure to HAVs , noise and working at height.
