Chrysalis Rail Services is a rolling stock service supplier, specialising in turn-key vehicle refurbishment, modernisation, and enhancement projects in the UK. Our core services include:

• interior and exterior refresh and refurbishment,
• re-livery,
• corrosion repairs,
• vehicle modernisation and modifications programmes such as seat re-configuration, at-seat power, and installation of digital systems,
• heavy maintenance,
• one-of-a-kind vehicle innovation projects,
• crash/ collision damage repairs,
• rolling stock storage and maintenance packages.

We operate across the UK at our own depots in Long Marston, Landore South Wales and at our customer’s sites. Chrysalis Rail also operate a metal fabrication workshop, capable of the manufacture, supply, and repair of most rolling stock vehicle components such as panels, seats, grab rails/ handles and corrosion repair material in house.

All our rail sites operate and are certified to the requirements set out in ISO 9001:2015 quality management and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management standards.
