What is The Big Rail Diversity Challenge and what are our aims?

A cross between “It’s a Knockout” and “Krypton Factor”, The Big Rail Diversity Challenge provides participants with an opportunity to network, team build and fundraise whilst undertaking fun gender balanced team challenges.  The event achieves its aim by proving that gender-balanced teams really do work better together – whilst raising awareness of the business benefits attained when engaging an equal ratio of 50% female and 50% male.

A FUN EVENT WITH A SERIOUS MESSAGE: GENDER DIVERSITY – BETTER FOR PEOPLE, BETTER FOR BUSINESS, BETTER FOR RAIL!
