The Big Rail Diversity Challenge, brought to the industry by Women in Rail, seeks to raise awareness for gender diversity highlighting the business benefits attained when companies improve gender balance.
A cross between ‘It’s a Knockout’ and ‘Krypton Factor’ the event consists of 
a series of fun physical and mental challenges undertaken by teams with a gender balance of 50% female and 50% male.
The Big Rail Diversity Challenge will provide participants with an opportunity to network, team build and fundraise whilst undertaking fun gender balanced team challenges to showcase women performing in roles that are perceived as ‘non-traditional’.
Teams of 10 must have an equal gender balance, companies are invited to enter complete teams or individuals who will then be partnered with others to complete a full team.
