The economic pressure facing the rail industry is widely understood and discussed, and this session will present some of the ways in which infrastructure teams are responding to this challenge.
SPEED is all about the mindset shift needed in the industry to radically transform our cost base and programmes for infrastructure, and embracing the PACE frameworks is one of the ways in which this can be enabled.

This event is open to all colleagues from across the industry. It will be followed in the afternoon by a series of more indepth workshops facilitated by colleagues at RIA covering:
