In December 2020, the Government released ‘The Construction Playbook’ in a bid to transform how major projects and programmes are assessed, procured, and delivered. The Playbook provides some clear approaches to what we need to do, though it doesn’t explain how to achieve behavioural change.
ResoLex have compiled a complimentary report, ‘Changing Behaviours in Construction: A complement to the Construction Playbook’, in which they have considered the cultural and behavioural changes needed to enable this transformation of the industry.
Due to this, ResoLex would like to take this opportunity to discuss how the industry might put these approaches into practice!
