Our annual Parliamentary Reception will be held on 28th April 2025 at the House of Commons Terrace Pavilion, Houses of Parliament, London, SW1A 0AA. We are delighted to confirm that we will be joined by

This Rail Forum member and VIP invited guests exclusive event is a highlight of our annual calendar and we would encourage early booking to avoid disappointment. Due to the limited capacity of the venue, members companies can book one place on a first come first served basis – please reserve your place below. Patron and Premium members are entitled to additional places and should have received details separately.

Entry to the Palace of Westminster will be by invitation from our Parliamentary Sponsor and all delegates must bring their invitation on the day to gain access to the House of Commons.
Bookings will open on 13th February 2025 and will close on 31st March or earlier if the event is full. Joining information and your entry ticket will be sent out a week before.
