We are delighted to confirm that our 2025 Annual Conference will be held on 9th October at Doncaster Racecourse. Members can expect a series of high-profile speaker sessions, an Expo and Drinks Reception.

Once again, we will host a number of focused sessions that will take us on a whirlwind tour with something for everyone no matter which part of the industry you are from. Welcoming key speakers from both within and outside of rail we will be looking to the future. What can we learn from other industries? How will all things digital impact rail for the better? And what challenges will that bring?

To help with transport and logistics the event will start at 10.00 and will run through to early evening finishing with a drinks reception.


Expo

Like at 2024’s event we will be hosting our ‘Annual Conference Expo’ which will provide excellent promotional opportunities for those members that are seeking to promote their brand, new products or services and their capabilities.

We have exciting new plans for the Expo this year and have listened to your feedback and relocated the refreshments to within the Expo area, to help with footfall and networking.

Premium and Patron members can have one free exhibitor space. Members can book a space for £400+vat. If you are interested in taking exhibitor space, please contact Karen.

All exhibitors are entitled to one additional delegate place for the conference, on top of the membership allocation. Please note, we encourage all exhibitors to attend the conference.


Drinks Reception

Following the conference we will be holding a drinks reception for that all important final networking opportunity.

There is an opportunity to sponsor the Post Events Drinks Reception. If you would like details, please get in touch with Karen.


Tickets

All Rail Forum members are entitled to ONE FREE PLACE and we would strongly encourage you to ensure you are represented. Premium members are entitled to have up to 2 free places and Patron members can have up to 4 free places.

Bookings will close on 22nd September with joining information sent out on 25th September.
