Join the Rail Forum team and members of our Board to :
– hear from Andy Bagnall, Director General of the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) about the plans for the passenger operators’ trade body post the transfer of a number of RDG’s current activities to Great British Railways (GBR), planned for the Spring of 2022.
– receive an update on the key emerging issues that the Rail Forum will be including in our response to the GBR Call for Evidence on the Whole Industry Strategic Plan (WISP). The WISP will form the basis of the 30 year strategy for the future GBR and it is crucial that suppliers views are heard and acted upon, which is why this call for evidence is so important. We will then break into groups to focus on specific aspects of the Call for Evidence and to seek your views / additional input from members to include in our response. These group sessions will be facilitated by members of our Board so you will also have the opportunity to meet our Board and raise issues of importance to you and your business.
This event will be highly participative. A small amount of reading material will be sent to registered delegates prior to the event and you will be asked to select from a range of topics for the breakout sessions.
Bookings will close on 26th January and joining information will be sent on 27th.
This event will be hosted on MS Teams and is exclusively for Rail Forum members.
