Debbie Dawdler is always late for work. This has got significantly worse over the last year and despite her boss speaking to her about it, things have just not improved at all. You’re aware that she does the school drop off for her 3 children in the morning and also cares for an elderly relative, but things have just got worse, staff are complaining, and orders have been missed. The company has had enough, and you are invited to observe Debbie’s disciplinary hearing.
This interactive and entertaining session will show you how a disciplinary hearing should (and should not!) be conducted, with guidance and tips from our employment law experts on how best to manage the process and ensure compliance with relevant ACAS guidance.
Who should attend?
Aimed at anyone who has responsibility for managing staff, particularly those involved in disciplinary matters such as HR specialists, line managers and owner managers, this event is an absolute must – we look forward to seeing you there!
Timings
Registration and refreshments will be from 9.15am with the event starting at 9.45am. We expect to finish around 12.15pm with a light lunch and networking.
