As many of us are still working from home, the workshop focuses on creating efficient remote working practices. We have titled this ‘Implementing the 5S platform from home’. 5S is a LEAN methodology that helps chase out waste and our workshop focuses on expelling all the wasted time and frustrations that a less than ideal remote working environment can create.
The workshop will be suitable for anybody who is remote working or managing teams that are working remotely. Areas we will focus on in detail are digital file management and efficient management processes for shared drives & data. The aim is to introduce the 5S principles in an interactive way, with reference to our current working situations. Hopefully from this the participants will be able to apply this methodology to their remote working practices and continue this mindset when we are lucky enough to return back to our normal working environments.
