Light Rail: The backbone of sustainable mobility
Well-known as the place to meet and do business, the European Light Rail Congress is an unmissable opportunity to forge new links and life-long connections across the European and UK markets – and now we can confirm our next Congress will be in the beautiful city of Malaga.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary of operation this year, the metro runs throughout the city across two lines providing modern and efficient public transport, with safety and the environment being key factors which contribute to improving the quality of life of the citizens of Malaga and the surrounding areas. Recently extended lines show the growth potential to increase ridership on the metro now and in the coming years.
The event will be held at the Barcelo Hotel, which provides a superb location being next door to the main train station in the city, the Maria Zambrano and offers a wonderful conference centre with everything under one roof for everyone to enjoy.
We will be working with our partners once again to offer a superb behind-the-scenes depot visit for delegates; and we have also arranged an evening reception with fantastic food and drinks to allow for maximum networking opportunities.
