Please join Nelson’s Law for their next round of Employment Law Forum sessions. They are delighted to be able to offer in person sessions at their office locations and a hybrid option (in person and online) for their Nottingham forum for those that prefer that.
The session will look at unlawful discrimination and constructive dismissal, in particular, focusing on:
- Recapping unlawful discrimination in employment under the Equality Act 2010;
- Considering when discrimination can give rise to constructive dismissal claims;
- Reviewing recent case law and other developments in this area;
- Sharing experiences and considering illustrative scenarios.
Programme Information
This session will be of interest to business owners, managers and HR professionals.
Registration and breakfast will be from 9.15am with the forum starting at 9.30am. It is expected to finish at around 11.30am.
There is no charge to attend, but places are limited to enable a round table discussion.
