Join us on Zoom for another Post Covid19 Planning session covering a key topic of interest to our members.
This week we are focussing on skills and looking forward to consider:
- how the Covid19 situation is driving the need for new or different skill sets and what this means for leaders, managers and team members.
- Ganymede Solutions’ Chris James will be looking at what do companies need to do to shift their hiring and retention methodology to these new market conditions.
- how the college and university sector can support companies and how they are planning for the next academic year with Debbie Keegan of Derby College, and Jenny Taylor-Watson from Loughborough University.
- finally we will also touch on RFMs own plans for how we will continue to build on our schools engagement strategy to inspire the next generation, with our Chair of People and Skills group, Laura Cawdell.
This session will also be supported by the Rail Supply Team of BEIS.
The session will comprise 3-4 very short presentations followed by ample time for discussion and questions.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE at 12noon on 15thJune.
JOINING INSTRUCTIONS will be issued by 1pm, with the session starting promptly at 3pm.
