The High Commission of Canada in London and the UK’s Department for International Trade (DIT) are pleased to invite you to attend a Forum exploring trade and investment opportunities in Canada’s Rail and Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) sectors.

Join us for a discussion with the organisations and authorities responsible for some of Canada’s largest rail and transport investments including; Exo – the metropolitan transportation network for Greater Montreal, and their parent ARTM: Metropolitan Regional Transportation Authority, Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx (both invited), the City of Calgary from the province of Alberta, the regional transit authorities for Vancouver and southwest British Columbia Translink and the University of British Columbia’s Campus + Community Planning.  The speakers and agenda will be updated on the registration site.

Speakers will provide insight on their project pipeline and long term plans, scope of projects, anticipated services required and how to do business and invest in Canada.  Audience discussion will follow.

Who should attend?

These presentations and discussions are suited for UK suppliers of professional services in the construction and infrastructure sectors; engineers, consultants, architects, advisory services.  They are particularly relevant to those already doing business in the Canadian market either seeking to expand their business to new areas in Canada, or establish a Canadian business/subsidiary.
