Following the success of its inaugural showcase event in March 2024, the Cross-Sector Battery Systems Innovation Network is holding its 2nd in-person industry showcase on the 19th of March 2025 in Leicester. This Showcase will link the battery supply chain with a broad set of end-user markets.
The Cross-Sector Battery Systems Innovation Network is a community co-funded by Innovate UK and the Faraday Battery Challenge and was launched in 2020 with a mission:
“To create an open and collaborative cross-sectoral community for researchers and innovators in battery manufacturing (including next generation batteries), the related supply chain and end-users”
With the community having now reached over 5,000 members, this event will provide a unique opportunity to meet new partners and collaborators across the battery ecosystem.
About the Event
Why should you attend?
This event aims to bring together representatives of the whole battery supply chain together with a diverse range of cross-sector markets (aerospace, defence, maritime, rail and automotive).
By attending this event you will get an opportunity to:

Do you have a prototype, proof-of-concept, product or project you would like to exhibit at the showcase? As part of the event, we will have a Cross-Sector Batteries exhibition spanning the aerospace, rail, defence, maritime and automotive sectors as well as the battery supply chain such as materials, manufacturing and testing.
