Chiltern Railways strengthens Stakeholder team

Chiltern Railways has strengthened our Stakeholder team to enable us to deliver our current programme of stakeholder engagement and community rail activities, as well as preparing for future growth projects on the network.

The team is led by David Heathfield, Head of Corporate Affairs who manages Chiltern’s, Internal, External, Stakeholder and Media communications.

Zach Bailey is moving to the newly created role of Regional Growth Manager. This position will lead Chiltern’s engagement with future growth projects across our network, including managing relationships with property developers, proposed commercial developments and engagement with current partners on Chiltern’s station upgrade plans.

Joshua Van-Haaren has joined the team as our new Stakeholder Manger. Joshua will lead our day-to-day relationships with Members of Parliament, Local Authorities, Rail User and Business/Tourism groups.

Harry Burr has joined the team as our new Stakeholder Executive. Harry will lead our day-to-day relationships with Community Rail Partnerships, Station Adopters, schools, charities and our Community Investment Fund partners.

Our new team members will be out and about meeting partners over the coming weeks. We would encourage Stakeholders to contact the team via our central email mailbox stakeholders@chilternrailways.co.uk
