Petards Group, a leader in the provision of security, surveillance and communication technology solutions has strengthened its operations into a fourth key market through the acquisition of wireless technology provider Affini Technology.
The deal, valued at around £2.8million, sits within Petards Group’s strategy to grow both organically and by exploiting the synergies within the Group and by acquisition.
A leading provider of critical communications solutions, Affini Technology will be a good cultural fit within the Group and will provide a step change in the scale of the Group’s critical communications capabilities.
The UK based company delivers major infrastructure communication projects to the transport, blue light, energy, defence and construction sectors. With solutions covering voice, video and data as well as telematics and asset tracking services.
