We are UK based manufacturer, with two main sites. Our Tamworth site specialises in metal fabrication, whilst the Consett site are glass fabrication experts. Both sites have been providing complex glass solutions to the rail sector for well over 40 years, both in the UK and abroad.

Now as one company, and part of the Dellner group we are able to offer integrated glazing solutions and interior fabrications, with full control over key areas of design and manufacturing, working to EN 15085 and DIN 6701.

Our product range includes, windscreens, cab windows, cab doors, bodyside windows, draughtscreens, luggage racks, flooring systems, grab poles and various other interior fabrications, allowing us to be a one stop shop for rail interiors and glazing.

Our in house capabilities, include CNC forming, CNC machining, welding, bonding, painting, glass forming, glass toughening and glass lamination.

Furthermore, we have our in house design and engineering teams, with years of experience in the rail sector ensuring our clients needs are catered for, either with brand new requirements or build to print manufacturing.

Our production facilities support supply of goods to OEM project and refurbishment projects and agile enough to flex to meet customer demands.
