Date/Time
Date(s) - June 12 2024
12:30pm - 2:00pm
Location
This event will take place online.
This HR Leaders Group will consider the cliff-edge challenge of skills and aging workforce across the rail sector with a view that members can understand what others are doing and facilitate discussion and sharing of best practice in this regard.
We are delighted to welcome:
- Lydia Fairman, Head of Capability and Skills Development from Network Rail
- Natalie Desty, Founder, STEM Returners to review the recent STEM Returners Index which seeks to understand barriers for STEM professionals to re-entry to the workforce. Do please review the recent report in advance.
We are also pleased to welcome Rachel Mills from partner organisation Nelsons Law to provide updates on HR law as well as consider how organisations can offer benefits to support recruitment and retention.
As with all our HR Leaders Group, this event will provide lots of opportunity to engage both with the speakers and each other in smaller discussion groups.
