The Rail Forum was pleased to host Network Rail Board Director Michael Harrison and BEIS Head of Rail Mike Noakes during their recent visit to the Derby Region. The purpose of the visit was to better understand the depth of knowledge and experience in the local supply chain with the companies able to discuss new ideas to help meet the future vision for the rail industry. The busy schedule included visits to LORAM, Resonate and Bombardier Transportation where they were able to view the production of the new Elizabeth Line trains.
