RIA currently has space reserved for participation at the Rail Solutions Exhibition 2017 (RSA 2017) to be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 24 – 26 May 2017.

This fast-growing market is investing significantly in rail and includes High-Speed Rail between Malaysia and Singapore along with Kuala Lumpur’s three major new MRT lines. In addition, a new 620 kilometre railway line spanning the east coast of Malaysia may provide further opportunities, with the construction contract recently awarded to China Communications Construction Co.

UK companies are invited to register their interest in exhibiting on a UK ‘Great branded’ pavilion which will allow a limited number of UK companies to participate in this exhibition, subject to demand.

Costs are £2100 (+ VAT) per company for a 2m x 1m stand or £3000 (+ VAT) for a 3m x 1m stand. This includes a £200 management fee for the enhanced UK pavilion, as follows:-

• Pavilion – X number of stands depending on configuration, plus a communal storage room and a communal meeting area, with conference table and chairs.
• Each stand would include: partition walls, carpet, fascia board, lights, 1 x information counter and a power socket.
• The Pavilion / Group stand will have additional UK GREAT branding and an extended shell scheme, which would make it more visually appealing than standard shell scheme. 
• Hotels, flights and rental of stand equipment such as LCD TV’s or cabinets will be at your own expense.
