Join our new Business Immigration team for their first webinar on Tuesday 25th October at 10am.
This webinar will provide an update on Business Immigration Law, the sponsorship of foreign workers under the UK’s point-based immigration system and the steps employers must take to register as sponsors with UK Visas and Immigration.
About the team:
The Business Immigration Team has expertise advising corporate clients, charities, and public sector clients on business immigration issues. The area has seen a great deal of change over the last few years and heightened public attention has seen an increase in enforcement of both the criminal and civil penalties employers face for employing individuals without the requisite right to work in the UK.
