Bridgeway, a leading Rail and Infrastructure engineering firm, is proud to announce its 30th anniversary, marking three decades of innovation, job creation, and growth within the UK rail industry.
Founded on April 1st, 1995, by Pino De Rosa, Brian Maddison and Andrew Jones Bridgeway began its journey with humble origins, operating from spare rooms and garages across Nottingham. Today, it stands as a respected and influential name in the Rail industry, a testament to the vision and hard work of its founders and the unwavering commitment of its employees.
“This milestone is a celebration of our collective journey,” said Pino, Owner and Managing Director of Bridgeway. “From our initial vision to becoming a leader in the rail industry, it’s been an incredible 30 years. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and dedication of everyone at Bridgeway.”
To commemorate this significant anniversary, Bridgeway has planned a year-long celebration, including:
- Anniversary Afternoon Tea: An event held at the Head Office to celebrate the occasion and reflect on past achievements.
- “Bridgeway Beginnings” Podcast: A special podcast series featuring Pino and Brian, sharing stories from the company’s early days.
- Milestone Museum: An exhibition in the company’s reception showcasing 30 years of Bridgeway’s history through photos, documents, and artifacts, coinciding with the 200th anniversary of passenger rail travel.
- 30 Acts of Kindness Initiative: A year-long program dedicated to giving back to the community and supporting employees through various initiatives, including prize draws, blood drives, and school art projects.
“As we celebrate 30 years of success, we are also looking forward to an exciting future,” Pino stated. “We are committed to continuing our growth and innovation for the benefit of the Rail industry and our clients, creating sustainable career opportunities nationwide and making a positive impact on the communities we live and work in.”
Bridgeway invites its partners, clients, and the wider Rail industry to join in celebrating this milestone and looks forward to many more years of success.
