CHH has been developing smart connectivity solutions for more than three decades and we now boast a comprehensive portfolio of end to end solutions. Work is underway on a new Customer Collaboration Centre to demonstrate our problem solving credentials and complete value proposition.
We are enjoying significant growth off the back of our ability to provide a one-stop-shop for those seeking smart connectivity solutions. CHH’s bespoke offer is tailored to meet the specific requirements of our ever-expanding client base. We felt it was time to showcase our solutions and Q4 2024 will mark the opening of our new Customer Collaboration Centre.
In October last year CHH took possession of an additional 20,000 sq ft facility to accommodate our expansion. After consulting with our employees & customers on how best to use the space, we are taking the opportunity to use the ground floor as a customer collaboration centre with the first floor dedicated to a modern workspace conducive to teamwork and collaboration with our partners..
The Customer Collaboration Centre will bring to life CHH’s full range of solutions and provide insight into our capabilities which will be delivered by our four divisions. Customers will be taken on a journey of smart connectivity solutions, ranging from our own CHH Conex branded products through to support with design, engineering and manufacturing. In addition, we will be highlighting the capabilities of our Managed Services division in providing engineers with all the consumables, tools, uniforms, and PPE they need for a successful installation. Finally, the centre will demonstrate how that all comes full circle with CHH Field Support Services that applies solutions such as repair, maintenance and reverse logistics to add further value and support to the circular economy by keeping resources in the value chain.
Once the centre opens later this year, we will be inviting customers, suppliers and partners to come and see for themselves how CHH’s end to end offer is applying smart connectivity solutions to secure a sustainable future. Be it learning about our Managed Services ordering platform, exploring our cabinets or inspecting our range of consumables, uniform and PPE, we will give you an experience to remember. We are also incorporating training and meeting space to address challenges through ongoing collaboration. Watch this space for progress updates.
