Fishbone’s Kez Tranter selected to join the England Dodgeball Team

We are thrilled to announce Kez Tranter has been selected to join the England Dodgeball Team! Known as the ‘Lions’, Kez and her fellow teammates are off to the World Championships in Graz, Austria in August 2024. The team are keen to follow up on their success last year after winning the European Championships in Croatia in 2023!

When she isn’t training hard for the World Championships, Kez supports the Logistics and Security team at Eiffage Kier Ferrovial Bam (EKFB) with all things data. Working with each of the functional leads to ensure the latest information from each area is represented on the dashboard for the management team to review.

She assists in the development of new pages for the Fishbone Assurance and Readiness Reporting (FARR) Dashboard and is currently working on an initiative to support the Traffic team in ensuring that EKFB sites stay compliant with restrictions imposed on numbers and routes of vehicle deliveries.

Kez says: “This incredible opportunity is a dream come true, and I am beyond grateful for the support and encouragement from my family, friends, and coaches. Their belief in me has been instrumental in reaching this milestone. I am looking forward to representing our nation on the international stage and giving my all in every match. This journey is just the beginning, and I am excited to see where it takes me.

“Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey and to Fishbone who is sponsoring me! Let’s go, Lions!” Currently dodgeball is a self-funded sport and the squad give up their personal time and money to represent their country. While there is a lot of pride in this, it does come at a huge financial burden. If you would like to contribute, please see the link.”
