Ford & Stanley Rail Talent Services Group has welcomed three new team members into the company’s pool of in-house talent, as the East Midlands-based organisation accelerates its ambitious growth goals.
All three join the Group’s recruitment business, with Myles Robinson joining as Recruitment Consultant and Sarah Pugh being appointed Senior Recruitment Consultant, while Rebecca Stanton has come onboard as Business Manager for Key Accounts.
Sam Ford, Technical Recruitment Director of Ford & Stanley said: “We’re thrilled to boost our talented team with the arrival of Myles, Sarah and Becca. Their skills and input will be making a positive difference, particularly as we begin a series of new partnership contracts for 2024 and beyond.”
Sam continued: “They join us at such a pivotal time as the company continues to grow and attract new business, as we drive forward our ambitious plans to deliver exceptional recruitment solutions to the rail sector.”
The latest appointments are on the back of another record annual performance year for the leading employer brand, which saw very strong financial results, with staff retention and additional recruitment continuing to be a key driver in its success. The business has also recently celebrated a string of new contract wins, including with Unipart, CAF and Gemini Rail Services.
