Beacon is proud to announce that we have been awarded 5 Stars by GRESB for the third year running.
In our fifth year of participation, Beacon scored 97 points out of a 100 in the world’s leading Environmental, Social and Governance benchmark for real estate and infrastructure investments.
The GRESB Rating is based on the GRESB Score and the quintile position an entity occupies relative to all entities participating in the GRESB Assessment.
Beacon has been placed in the top quintile, and is recognised as a GRESB 5 Star rated entity. Each year, 20% of entities receive a GRESB 5 Star rating.
This achievement has been delivered by the whole team at Beacon, thanks to the huge part ESG plays in our day-to-day activities and longer-term strategic projects.
