Dakota Integrated Solutions Ltd, a real-time technology, printing, mobility and digital data capture solution specialist, is delighted to announce that it will be relocating to new larger office premises from 1st September 2022.
The move comes as the company experiences exponential growth due to an increase in demand and renewed business opportunities within existing and new markets, thanks to the adoption of additional digital technologies into its product and solution portfolio, as well as a substantial upsurge in the formation of key strategic partnerships over the past 18 months.
Phil Jarrett, Commercial Director at Dakota comments, “During the last 18 months we have experienced several significant and poignant developments for us as a business. The number of partnerships which we have formed with like-minded technology-focused companies has increased dramatically, which has gone a long way in opening new doors for us in terms of projects and establishing hopefully long-term relationships with new clients. We have also added voice-directed technology and solutions to our existing portfolio, so alongside our key focused partnership with Zebra, we have also become a Honeywell Platinum Partner. That being said, we are also delighted to be able to maintain and grow our relationships with our existing vendors, such as Dalen Healthcare, Brother and Newland, with whom we enjoy a very tight-knit and successful association.”
With a rich and established history in supplying a range of customers within the healthcare and supply chain sectors with fit-for-purpose data capture solutions designed to improve efficiency, accuracy and reliability within a variety of mission-critical processes, Dakota empowers its customers to reach new heights in terms of data capture performance and overall business functionality.
Keith Hardy, Managing Director at Dakota explains, “The growth of the business has been extremely positive of late with so many new opportunities and partnerships coming to fruition. The team at Dakota work extremely hard to continue to provide exceptional levels of customer service to all of our customers as they always have done, so in order to maintain our renowned levels of service, we will also be looking to increase our staff headcount to facilitate this increase in demand for our products, services, software and solutions. The new premises also enables us to increase the size of our warehouse, so that we now have more space to hold stock for our customer call offs and annual label and ribbon contracts, as well as the ability to handle a greater number of daily deliveries and shipments to the NHS and our long-standing supply chain customers. We are delighted that the business is doing so well and hope that this new office and the activities which have taken place over the last 18 months will lay the foundations for even more success in the future.”
