In its first ever external growth operation, the IKOS Group, which specialises in engineering consultancy in the railway and energy sectors, has acquired AEGIS.
IKOS Group, which is already present in 11 countries, adds the three AEGIS entities located in Derby and Madrid to its 19 offices already established around the world.
This acquisition is part of the IKOS’s desire to accelerate its growth, develop its international expansion and improve its offerings, while contributing to the major challenges of sustainable development in the world of transport. Aligning with the growth ambitions of AEGIS, and with a combined team of 100 engineers in the UK, IKOS is now a market leader in the UK.
