A virus alert system developed to help businesses inform staff quickly about Covid-19
detection on sites and in the workforce has been developed by Derby based Work Wallet.
When the Covid-19 outbreak first started and business operations changed, the team at Work
Wallet realised that their health and safety platform could be adapted to help.
Managers and employees are instantly and easily notified if Covid-19 has been reported within
the business, it also shows who has been working in close proximity to them recently so they
can follow government guidelines as quickly as possible.
This is offered to all businesses for FREE when the register with Work Wallet and create an
account.
The platform, designed and developed in Derby, encourages remote working and provides all
the communication, documentation and processes needed to run effective health and safety
wherever you and your team are.
Work Wallet are also giving all businesses access to their Company Documents module for
free, allowing you share important information and documentation, for example, company
policies, employee forms and site documents, digitally.
This will be really useful in the coming months as policies will be updated to reflect
developments, information will need to be transferred between employees at home and
management and sites will be operating differently.
This module will keep your team connected and instantly up to date with important information.
Jonny Gray, CEO of Work Wallet, said:
“The Work Wallet platform was built to encourage remote working and to ensure businesses
have all the tools they need to do some effectively.
“Even though the current climate is very worrying, we can help people and businesses to work
effectively through it and we want to help them to do so.
“These resources are free for everyone and our support team are also happy to help with any
questions or concerns you may have.
“Please get in touch if we can help, this is a time to pull together and support each other.”
The team at Work Wallet are continuously working to develop the platform to make the next
few months as easy as possible for its users. More modules are due to be released over the
next few months, including Assets, and they will be sharing their knowledge on remote
working across their channels, including via webinars.
