On Thursday 9th January, over 20 senior business leaders from member organisations assembled at NTAR, Northampton for the Barriers to Business Growth workshop.
The workshop came from the Business Growth Group, an operational delivery group which reports to the Rail Forum Midlands Board and is led by Board Member, Nicola Phillips, Supply Chain Director for Siemens Mobility.
The group is made up of representatives from member organisations including Resonate, Elite KL, TUV Rheinland, CHH Conex, East Midlands Chamber, Department for International Trade and Qinesis.
Over the last 3 months, the group have created this workshop to effectively baseline the challenges that members face to growth, across four key themes.
The themes were presented and facilitated by four extremely well respected and reputable senior figures across the industry and our thanks again to:

- Capability: Cham Kang, Managing Director of Qinesis
