We would like to make you aware that the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) will be holding two, one-day stakeholder events covering EU Exit and its impact on the chemicals regimes in a no-deal scenario.
The content will be split across the events and held at two different locations as follows:
· Wednesday 23rd October – Aintree Race Course – Liverpool
REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisations and Restriction of Chemicals), CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) and PIC (Prior Informed Consent).

· Tuesday 29th October – Principal Hotel – York
BPR (Biocidal Products Regulation) and PPPs (Plant Protection Products).

The events will include some similar messaging to previous events but with some additional detail and will reflect the current state of play for each regime .
We would like to give you the opportunity to share this information with your members and in particular any SMEs who may not have had the chance to attend previous events, to allow them early access to book a place. To allow as many as possible of your members and other organisations to attend we kindly ask that you send a maximum of two representatives to each event.
